Yongsun Jang’s solo exhibition will be held simultaneously at MASS Gallery Cheongdam and Hannam, presenting two different yet interconnected sculptural languages.
At MASS Cheongdam, the works are filled with images of continuity and flow. Their wave-like forms reveal the process in which small fragments gather into a single structure, suggesting that the origin of existence begins from the smallest units and becomes whole as each part supports and connects with the other.
The opening reception with the artist will take place on Thursday, August 28 at 5:30 PM at MASS Gallery Cheongdam.
